Meet the Founder
Vinnie founded Iron Reins Fellowship after witnessing the profound impact of shared horsemanship on men's mental health. His vision is to create a structured 12-month brotherhood where men rebuild their confidence, reconnect with nature, and enhance their lives through the discipline of the horse.
After a short stint in the military, years of First Responder volunteering, and corporate leadership, he maintains more drive to give back in service and in brotherhood-- recognizing that men often carry a quiet, unrecognized and neglected struggle that can be remedied through service, faith, and fellowship.
